Great service from IronJias, gloves arrived in good time. The fit for me is perfect - I usually take a medium glove, but following reviews and the size guide I went for large and am glad I did. The gloves are warm even when not turned on and heat up quickly when operated. They are simple to use and the button is large and lights up to show heat setting and makes nighttime use easier. I’ve only used them with the battery power, so can’t comment on them when connected to the usb port, but so far the battery life has been more than adequate for my rides. If I had any complaint it would be that the batteries take far longer to charge than the manual would suggest…perhaps my batteries have a fault…maybe they’ll speed up over time? I’ve not tried them in the rain yet so can’t comment on how waterproof they are but they seem very well made with plenty of protection and visor wipes on each thumb. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and have already recommended them to several of my friends. They definitely enhance my winter riding experience!
I watched many reviews before buying these gloves instead of sticking with well known brand names. And I’m glad I went for these. On the lowest setting they are as warm as the most well known and trusted brand name (I've tried both) - and is a saving of over £200 when you take into account the batteries for the well known brands come in at an extra £90 but are included with the Ironjias!! Amazing value for money and highly recommended. Adapter leads are available for about £5 to convert these to plug in to, say, Keis jackets - Keis even sell these adapters :-) Sizing was correct to their sizing table - measure your hands as shown and just order the nearest size up from that and they were spot on. Customer service from Ironjias was first class, with both email and WhatsApp messages being sent by a real human (the gloves I initially ordered were out of stock). Overall, highly recommended supplier and product.
